SCROG Pot
The innovative SCROG pot system maximizes the usable area in miniature and supports uniform, controlled growth. It is designed so that the plant can be easily removed from the box for control, care, and maintenance. Standard grow systems fix the plant in the tent, making this step impossible, a big disadvantage and, alongside the disc system, the second major innovation in the Frank C. product range!
The pot holds 1.5L of substrate and is perforated all around for optimal oxygen absorption.
SCROG Nets
The top shell features a 35mm cut-out, ideal for using Eazyplugs and rock wool cubes. These seal the pot like a stopper and prevent substrate from escaping. Don't worry if the other holes seem large, nothing will fall out.
A SCROG net is also fixed to the top shell, which can be easily attached or removed with clamps. The 20x20cm net is ideal for the Glowbox, and still allows air circulation for the plant towards the panes. If you prefer a larger net that completely fills the area, a 30x30cm net is also available.
Pot with Logic
The wick irrigation can be integrated into the base tray to operate it with the water reservoir (approx. 1.2 litres). To do this, simply remove the base tray by opening the clamps and insert one or two felt wicks. These are supplemented by a counter-wick that leads into the water tray, which is sealed with a lid and thus serves as a water reservoir.
The conversion between both systems is possible within a few moments and can be done at any point during the grow!
Spontaneous trip? No problem.
Manual Watering
Manual watering is very simple: fill a drinking cup (~400ml) with water and pour it (when the pot becomes noticeably lighter - but not bone dry!) directly into the saucer. Done. No meticulous aiming, no overflowing substrate, no water mess.
The required water is absorbed into the pot, and excess water is visibly left behind. If you want to pour this off, you can remove the plant along with the saucer and do so without making a mess.
Wick Watering
The wick system is designed such that the scrog pot system can also be easily removed for plant care. Using a plunger technique, water is drawn from a reservoir by a wick and transferred to the wick(s) in the pot.
The box includes two wicks for the pot, so you can also regulate how much water is introduced into the substrate (one wick or two).
